Continued Growth on the Gold Coasts Nth Corridor

The Queensland Government has announced that a new primary school will be built in the Pacific Pines region which will add to the Pacific Pines State High School, the Upper Coomera State College and the Pacific Pines State School.

The northern region of the Gold Coast continues to grow with developments under progress such as Calypso Bay which will include a massive marina, tavern, supermarket, cafes, retail stores and a golf course.

Coomera Waters Village and Resort is another major development featuring an ocean access marina with the marina village hub including restuarants, cafes, boutique shops, tennis courts and recreational facilities. Land available includes dry lots, riverside and lakefront.

Other developments at Coomera include Nautical Edge and Genesis.

Community and local government development proposals include a multi billion dollar, 21st Century urban centre known as Coomera Town Centre, to be located around the existing Coomera train station. It will comprise a community centre, library, hospital, 50m pool and 106,000 m² of retail space.

This all ties in with the continual growth of Helensvale, Hope Island, Pacific Pines and Studio Village.
